All our steaks are served the way we think a good steak should be - pink, with fries on the side. If your prefer your steak cooked a little more please let us know!
Our steaks are aged for a minimum of 28 days before we serve them, so if it takes us a little while to cook them properly, please remember - some things are just worth waiting for.
