The Delucci family has been serving authentic Italian pasta to New Yorkers since 1928 the year Delucci's Deli first opened its doors. When Joe Junior took over, he added a restaurant, serving genuine Italian cuisine alongside American favourites such as burgers and prime US steak and fries.
To ensure the best supply, Joe bought directly from small, family-run ranches that knew the history of every steer, and before long, Delucci's Restaurant was as well known for its steaks as for its pasta.
Joe's long gone now to that great steakhouse in the sky, but we still apply the same high standards of supply to every item on our menu.
Our beef is carefully sourced and traceable to it's farm of origin, while our handmade pasta's about as fresh as you can get it. Pretty much everything that doesn't grow locally comes from small family run producers back in the home country.
We think Joe would've approved.
